I am Wateen's Wimax (Wi-Fi) user since Feb 2010 and I am satisfied with their Motorola device. I've applied for a new connection on 30th August 2010 and they offer me new device of ZTE which they claim is improved one. This is totally fake and its Wi-Fi is not working for the area of 15 Feet too.
It heat up and hangs sometimes. I am not satisfy with this device.
Further more, they have made policies in which only clients stuck, no one is there to response or take responsibility to resolve my issue. I am continuously complaining, visiting their franchise, visited their Business Center but all in vain.
If anyone amongst you can provide me the email address of any person in Wateen who is responsible or any higher authority email ID in PTA or WATEEN so I may at least inform them that what the hell is Wateen doing with its customers.
Further I would like to request you all to inform your friends and all concerns that never pay any penny in advance until you are satisfied otherwise they claim for money back in 15 days which is only subscription charges which are Rs.1500 out of Rs.3150 which they charge for connection.
No policies, no solutions, no responsibility. I think PTCL has now improved in after sales and Wateen; instead of improvement its going backward.
