Suggest the Best GPU in 8000pkr

It will definitely play many more than that. 99.99% of the latest games are playable on it. lets compare:

I currently have hd2600pro manufactured in 2007, on that card i can play COD:MW3, except for BF3 all the games are running, where as GTS450 is one of the latest cards manufactured in 2010 so it would definitely play all the current games.

how about this one ? Ati Radeon HD 5670 1 GB DDR3 Thats matching my budget bcoz i can spent 10K bcoz i will be needing a Casing+New Powersupply so i think it will be a good option Or not? pls tell me...

^ If you must go that low, go for 5670 512 MB GDDR5 instead, it's for 7800 according to galaxy, compared to 7000 for the 1GB GDDR3 version. The GDDR3 version isn't much good, The extra memory is also almost useless for this class of GPUs anyway.

@Ahmsun Do tell us when you buy your GPU. And tell us whether it satisfied you or not.

yes sure i'll. I'll get it in next 4-5days.

So you are suggesting me to go for 512mb instead of getting 1GB Card ? So will 512mb will be good for me? and also on galaxy web they have 3 kinds of HD5670 Cards 2 are 1GB and 1 Is 512MB… but whats that ICEQ Feature? That is not in the 7000RS Card Buts Its in the other 1gb and 512mb card and these 2 cards are with the same price 7800Rs … also tell me will my board will support DDR5 ? i have intel DH61WW and what power supply will be good for this card ?

Just found on His web… Power Supply Requirement 400 Watt or greater power (500 Watt for ATI CrossFireX technology in dual mode)

So do i need a 500watts supply or 400?

^ Ok... Well I'm telling you to go for HD5670 DDR5 instead of DDR3, you can go with either 512MB or 1GB, it doesn't matter, especially since you'll be playing at 1024x768.

ICEQ tagged GPUs supposedly run at lower temperatures, but since the 5670 already runs at low temperatures, ICEQ is useless for this GPU.

The requirement is 400 watts only, the 500 watts requirements is for dual GPUs.

There... is that all?

I m now totally satisfied with getting a HD5670 Card... So in coming days i will be buying it... But one thing is bothering me as i found out on newegg. there are mix feedbacks from users about this card as some saying Good and some saying bad i cant judge after reading those comments... pls see that link and check feedback page..

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161319

^ See that 4/5 rating? And 63% Positive feedback? That's what may matter to you. If you go on reading each & every user review, you'll almost never find a completely positive response for any product...

So I m now satisfied with Hd 5670... just need to confirm now that is it available or not in market... :) thx guys

according to galaxy.com HD 5670 512mb in ddr5 is available in 7800 but price needs to be confirmed.

Does HIS HD 5670 IceQ 512MB (128bit) GDDR5 Will Works With Intel® Desktop Board DH61WW ? Does This Board Have The Support For DDR5 GPU ? Pls Answer My Last Question :) Before I Buy It :)

Yes it will... Your mobo will support any PCI-E GPU, Whether it be GDDR2, GDDR3, GGDR4 or GDDR5...

Thanks For The Help :)

the vendor have told me that this card HD 5670 512MB/1GB is out of stock in karachi in galaxy... so he said he has asked his brother who is in karachi will check tomorrow if this card is available some where else in karachi and then will confirm me :( i was very satisfied with this Card but after the news about it being out of stock i m left with no choice of card if that is not available then which card should i get in the range of 8000Rs ? i cant max out the budget ... but if i get max my budget it will be to costly for me... if i go for a costly card then i will be also going with gts 450..but do tell me any other good card as the alternative of hd 5670 dx11 supporter.. thanks

^ Yes there is. Ask for HD6670 GDDR5. It is a rebadged 5670, but with more shaders. Price should be pretty near.

Otherwise you can also go for HD6570 GDDR5, it is about 10% slower than the 6670, but the price would be lower than both 6670 & 5670.

@Upsilon Galaxy.Pk have HD 6670 DDR3 Version 1GB For 8200Rs... And HD 6570 Is 7400Rs And Also DDR3 And 1GB...I Think If not HD 5670 Then If HD 6670 Available In Between my range then i will go for it..but what if i cant find a ddr5 version of that card then should i go for a ddr3 version of 6670 or 5670 Card ?

^ Try to find a GDDR5 one first, but if you absolutely can't, only then go for the GDDR3 version. The GDDR3 version of that GPU is equivalent to a 9600GT, which is ok for 1024x768 resolution, so i guess it'll be ok for you.

Also, see if they have a Nvidia GT440 GDDR5, which is also pretty good, and is in the same price range of a 5670. So you can go for that too.

Otherwise if possible, increase your budget, and go for a GTS450 GDDR3 like Ahmsun. Best of them all.

oK Upsilon Bro I Will See What I Get Now :) Thx Once Again :)

the shopkeepers brother has bought the ATI Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR3 Card Along With Power Supply ... So i hope thats a good choice for me... and it will reach my city tomorrow InshaAllah :) then i will say hows the performance...
