Well i have been using PTCL for almost 5 years... been with their standard DNS... found quite upshifts and down lags... although sometimes it sure remained constant... but just wanted to share... been using google DNS for almost like 2 years... and have to say... they have been much stabler...
What is Google Public DNS?
Google Public DNS is a free, global Domain Name System (DNS) resolution service, that you can use as an alternative to your current DNS provider.
To try it out:
Configure your network settings to use Preferred DNS (184.108.40.206) & Alternate DNS (220.127.116.11)
