I have been consistently using mobilink 3G for over a month now and was always getting over 6-8Mbps download speeds.
For more than a week I have been getting top speeds of no more than 1.7Mbps.
I am not a very heavy user and my daily data consumption is around 400-600MB.
Their customer care says to clear browser cookies and restart handset but I am aware that this is of no use. I tested with different handsets with same results.
I am from Karachi PECHS Block 2. Who else is facing this issue from Mobilink 3G?
