Vbulliten is a pretty heavy software… you ll need to confirm from the host first(in case you are looking for cheap shared hosting) that they allow using Vbulliten on their servers?

it wud be best if you run it on a VPS (virtual dedicated server)

and you can buy domain from name.com

Hey thanks for the heads up. I needed to transfer my domain in the coming months to namecheap.

I transferred my domain for $4.99 only through this promo! (including a one year extension!)
