I want to deposit money into someone account who live in USA, how can i ?

I went there they misguide me (ubl ) they says bring $ we don’t convert.

When i bought $ then they said go to post office blah blah

If you have a USD account , you can do it directly from your bank. Else WU is the best way. Bank draft is also available I think

bank draft mean a guy who will receive the draft can have the money. What if draft is stolen ?

I have Pak. Rs account.

Please help me how can i do this when i have pak. account and only way i can pay is bank deposit. ( btw i converted Pak. Rs into. $ for sending bank deposit but bank misguide me. )

You CANNOT make a wire transfer without having a foreign currency account. There used to be some currency exchanges that would do the transfer on your behalf but I am not sure if they're still functional.

Get an alternative means of payment IMHO.

Which bank in Pakistan offer US $ account at min. initial deposit?

Meezan bank I think. But all of them require a proof of employment (self-employment with tax records). It's not easy at all.

To be honest when i opened up an account in SC i felt myself as a thief.

More details please :) By tax records do you mean just an NTN or do you have to provide proof of submitting taxes?

Seller only accept PAYPAL or bank wire.

BTW sending draft to Moneybookers but what is draft will lost?
