Best Ups for ptcl wifi.

that is a funny and expensive product ,

I do not know how much it will help though, especially for your ptcl. Since I have been using Ptcl broadband for past 4-5 months, I have noticed that once the lights go out, ptcl tends to go down after uncanny 1.5-2 hrs. It is alsmost as though their own UPS goes down. Then as soon as the lights come back up, after 10-15 min the connections back.

Since you are advertising this product on a technical forum, please provide some technical details as the above mentioned link doesn’t have any proper specifications . Many people here will not be interested in a black box. See, for example, the product description page of a “12 volt power supply and DC UPS for use in cars, 3 amp”:

http://www.powerstream.com/DC-UPS-1212.htm

no need to waste money on this product If you have desktop UPS then just connect battery wires directly to router (this is what I'm doing for years now)
Or you can buy one 12V 7Ah battery with charger and connect it to router

Yes it happens a lot because at fiber DP’s they donot replace batteries in time … Batteries in my area are 5 years old now and their back time is dropped from 4 hours to 60 minutes now …

Oh I get it. That makes sense!
