ok i am agree with you 100% but the problem is how any one can send me email from official .gov.uk email address???is this possible ???

Yes, there is software/technology out there on the internet to replicate domain alias. I mean practically you can send email from @microsoft.com.

Verify the correspondence from relevant UK agencies:

http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/passports-and-immigration/

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/

Contact the employer and inform them about this. Tread carefully. There is lots of fraud in this stuff.

Thanks for all your support,can any one provide any specific link to send my query.as i did not find any query section in the UK border agency website or home office website.

Dear visit this website and found your question's answer

http://www.fco.gov.uk/urdu

Dude just email UKBA and ask them about the email and if its really their email ID. Simple as that.

sounds scam

May be the scammer is taking his chances. I mean he has given both from and reply-to addresses as homeoffice.gov.uk thinking you may not actually reply and find out reality and instead you will just think it is real and send him the money!?

So why don't you reply back to that official email and clarify matter. May be it is genuine.

But it’s detected as “Phishing” by gmail or a label that says the sender is not who he claims to be. You can only do so much in using a fake email. The server it’s sent from will be present in as hostname and without SPF records for that hostname, it will be detected as phishing.

@OP: are you using gmail?

But as others have said, just verify it.

Any useful site for sending fake emails? :)

lol at Imran. Planning to try this ?

funmaza.com had this feature but now its not available.
