The RedHat certifications

Are these certifications any good? particularly in Pakistan? Considering the RHCSA > RHCE > maybe the RHCSS > lastly the RHCA. I'm actively working with Linux systems and am considering pursuing these certifications in an effort to A. gain further knowledge B. a better paying job who doesnt

so what im asking here is, is it worth taking out time and setting aside money for these certifications?

Certifications always matter. If you are applying for any multinational, you would be asked for the certifications otherwise even if you are hired but you will not as stable there as the person having certification of Redhat.

But the thing is there are institutions like Prometric in Pakistan but they just give you training and when you will ask for the test and certification they will say "we are waiting for the test to be conducted". Test are conducted in India and Dubai these days and other places but not in Pakistan.

Redhat certs are not like typical certs of microsoft, there are no mcqs no written exam, everything comes in a form of problems and you need to diagnose and do it all in a given time. All you need is practice that is it.

As far as money is concerned i believe yes, they are worth doing it.
