Suggestion of a Graphic Card

Hi..... Everyone!

Please some suggest a suitable Asus ATI graphic card for my PC than can run all upcoming games of 2011 with 1600x1200 resultion. Because my LCD support maximum 1600x1200 resulation.

Asus P5G43T-M Pro

Core 2 Due E7500 2.93GHz

DDR3 4Gb

PSU only 305 Watt (But Branded Gateway System) :(

What's your budget?

If you have money to burn, I suggest you to get a PSU first, a Cooler Master 460watt eXtreme Power @ Rs3300 would be nice + a ATI Radeon 5570 @ Rs8300.

Otherwise just get a XFX-GT240 512mb DDR3 @ Rs7200, but I'm not sure if you will be able to run it on your PSU. Maybe some other guy can help.

My Budget is 15000K for both PSU and Graphic Card.

What you said about Asus HD 5670.

HD5670 would be an even better option.

Asus graphic cards are sometimes overpriced in the local market. I suggest you also look into His or EVGA graphic cards as well which perform very well.

For power supply you can go for a antec earthwatts ea500, for 3800 rs. The rest you can spend on a good graphic card.

Now a gt 240 and 5670 are good cards. But i would suggest something more powerful. You can select from the cards below:

1. Evga gts 250, 512, ddr 3 ...... 9700 rs

2. His 5750, 1 gb, ddr 5 ........11700 rs

Thanks to Everyone for giving me such a nice valuable information.

Finally, I have planed to purchase Asus HD 5770. Because i have bad experiece of XFX GeForec 8800.

I have checked on Asus support web that PSU 400 watt is minimum power requirement for this Graphic Card and my PC.

Anyone have idea or experience to use this Graphic Card on PSU 400 watt. I did not want to buy new PSU.

Whats your current PSU?

Do not make the mistake of using a crap PSU with a powerful graphics card. You may blow your PSU up and this will fry your PC. Get a new PSU. Go for a good brand (Corsair, Antec, PC power & cooling, etc) and check the amount of amps on the +12v rail (generally, anything over 30A is very good).

400 watt psu (with 32 A on 12v rails) should be fine with a 5770 because they have a lower power draw.
