Yousaf,

All OK.

However this is really academic if you don't have a solar tracker - even the most basic manually operated one.

Simple adjustable mounts such as are possible ballast1.jpg ballast2.jpg

And even more simple one. You just need simple angle iron

you will either need to build your own / contact your welder

or

you can use these http://www.stallionracks.com/products.htm

or Contact local solar Installer ( I have seen these pellet rack mount with Nizam solar)

Thanks to @farhan_ds and @aurangzebhaque

But these seem to be very good quality mounts. Welder cannot get stainless steel material. Is it available in market ?

Stainless steel angle is available.

a well painted simple iron angle is also a long lasting durable item, and much more affordable.. just paint it after a couple of years and it will have long life without any cost.

issue with simple iron angle is weight, if somebody doesn't have any issue with that, it is almost perfect.

Secondly you have to weld it...

Weight is good because it can sustain winds. Yes welding and drilling of holes require accuracy and precise alignment with frame.

Exactly.. Steel light body would just blow away. with the strong tornados we have in lahore, even the steel frames blow away sometimes..
