Searching for a Non-Electric thermometer to measure motors temperature

#1

Dear Friends;

We are searching for "Non Electric Thermometer" type equipment (10-100ºC) which we would install permanently with the body of a DC (or any) motor to measure its temperature. The thermometer available at local pharmacies are just to measure up to 42C. If anyone knows about such equipment and its availability, please inform.

Why not use one based on a thermopile sensor?

Go to a store that sells Laboratory equipment, and ask them to give you a Thermocouple.

Also why not use a regular thermometer??

All you have to do is place it there.
