Recently Installed Smart TV. First they took it around 2 weeks to install it and now its installed but i am Facing issue of frequent disconnections.
It works and if you try to rewind or catch up TV than it disconnect and that cross dish sign starts coming. Only way this goes away is if you turn it off for like 30 mins than try and it starts to work.
Its hard to ask PTCL to troubleshoot them and most of the support people are real idiots. Like a girl today was on phone asked me if i have some other electric device near the router that can cause the Ethernet connection to stop working hmm.
