If 14 Aug offer gives un limited then it would be a AZADI offer… :)

Thanks

Let the Awaam have some suspense lolxx

Yesterday a friend hit 31 Mbps but at 1 AM.

Charji/4G works on same Technology as Wingle/Evo but uses 12 cocurrent Links established to tower whereas Wingle/Nitro uses 3 and Evo uses 1 Connection.

Come on Rockz forget the suspense and share the detail of azadi package!

master or rockz my question is that any charji device antenna option available?

#143

So it isnt true LTE just same old WCDMA tech x 12 carriers to achieve 36mbps theoretical speeds

#144

Wingle gives 1.5Mbps to 3Mbps max in my area with 3 signals, so it means i would be getting 4 to 12Mbps on Chaar Ji , sometimes wingle drops pathetically to 500kbps and that means 2Mbps ... Disappointing after spending 3K per month.

Why don't they allot more bandwidth to towers, i didn't see any improvement on my wingle after launch of Chaar ji, if wingle uses same technology then it could have been improved if more bandwidth had allotted. What would be the benefit of more connections to tower if bandwidth is going to be same.

Let me explain

I have a wireless router (using Nitro) with no security just connect and use, But it only Allows those Mac Addresses which are added in the configuration

Other Router is using DSL.

Both has same tech but different allocations of bandwidth.

And PTCL has 1800/2100 Mhz both frequency.

Charji has dual band hardware. Thats why it support Backwards Rev.A and Rev.B technology.

Ping results are:
Thanks
Pings are high as expected i am getting 275 on infdat.com and 175on bbc.com on my 4Mbps DSL, bad news for gamers, stick to DSL for lower latencies :)
So, we can’t use it for gaming ( expected these better sorted would mean lower pings) and it has a very low limit on data usage. Doesn’t attract me at least for now.

Maybe better packages come on 14th Aug? Hope so

Someone shared his experience on ProPakistani as below.
Bought the 3 month free airtime EVO Chaarji Cloud, which is claimed to be for Rs. 13,500 however when taxes apply it costs you Rs. 16,192. I was really excited to use 4G speeds that I ended up buying this extremely no-value-for-money device for no reason as it hardly picks up the 4G network. 95% of the time it's on 3G and gives speeds no more than 1Mb. The only few times it picks up the 4G Network (only when you are outside) i have clocked speeds upto 9Mb.
Btw, I had bought the device from the PTCL One Stop in Defence Phase 2 where when I turned it on, it didn't pick up 4G there either.
All in all, i suggest you guys wait for this service to improve before buying this expensive devlce.

I purchased this device pricing 16000 with 4 months balance. My main objective of this device is to use it with my lan users including wifi. Sales person confirmed me that I can get it working with any 4g router.

But still no luck for finding any compatible 4g router.

Speed is between 2MB to 1MB. USA ping is higher than dsl.

I am using NetFlix streaming using my ROKU. And for unblocking NetFlix, I use Unblock-us dns. It was working fine with dsl modem. DSL modem have option for setting your own dns in router.

There is no option for dns setting available in charji router.

Signal is 4 bar with 4GLTE in status of router
