remove your extra hardware from your PCI slots if you have e.g. tv tuner card , agp, etc.

post a list of your PCs internal hardwares

Compaq D501 System

Intel P4 (1.80) Process

Only built-in VGA, Sound and Lan Cards

Nothing else like TV Tuner or AGP Cards

I observed some capacitors are not in good condition on motherboard, can it be relevant to this problem?

Yes, it can be relevant. Tell me is top side of the capacitor (aluminum body with a cut line) is punctured or you can see a bubble developing on the top?

This usually happens when the capacitor ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance, every capacitor has a definite resistance as well) is getting low and the capacitor is drawing much current, itself acting as a load.

Second reason for this bubble is that capacitor is subjected to a higher voltage than its rating (which is less likely in your case, becasue were this the situation, your motherboard ICs must have burnt by now)

Electrolytic capacitors have a definite life of few thousand hours only. How old is your motherboard ?

^ Since you are in Lahore, I believe you will be able to get them at Hall Road - Bismilah Market.

I suggest you get these capacitors changed and check if your problem is solved. These are not expensive parts, you should get a capacitor for around Rs.10

A side note:

PC motherbaord is a multi-layer board and it's really not easy to do a repair job (changing a part) by a novie. One can easily damage the board. I better suggest you get it changed by some PC motherbaord repair specialist.

Waliakum Salaam

It may not be a hardware problem coz in many cases we come up with a difficult solutions but we do not even try out the simple once.

Get a air blower from somebody and throughly clean up your computer’s power supply, sometimes power supply gets heat up due to dust which slows the fan speed.

I already did it, clean all parts with blower and bursh and it did not solve problem.

I have changed all problematic capacitors, afther that turn on PC and install operating system and contineously used it. Results were quite OK. Power supply was working well and it was not heated-up.

Thank you all of you on your valuable suggestion and support.

That is just a common problem happening with all i am also having th esame problem and still running fine the pc has no problem at all and if it is over heating then you need to check that why it is happening.
