Plz Help

Following are my line stats

SNR 275

Attenuation 335

Output power 190

Downstream 4607

Upstream 1063

Attainable Rate 12404

But my downloading speed is still 100Kb. I did speedtest its showing 0.9 Mbps

Why my downloading speed is not around 400Kb?? Please Help me

Fireup speedtest.net, get a USB extension. Place the EVO near window and than check speed with speedtest, change the direction a little and than check with speedtest again, continue this until you get high speed. Make sure that you do that in non-rush hours of internet usage.

He is referring to DSL (Landline) not Wireless (Evo).

Visit your exchange Broadband Department.

Ask them to check either your Package is 4 Mbps or 1 Mbps.

If its 4 Mbps profile then you need to ask them to fix these SNR problems.

Because to me its an issue of both things. Line/Cabinet/Pole/Jumpers & Profile set on your DSL connection.

You don't have a PTCL IPTV subscription, do you?

Please be honest with these people tell them the traditional way of fixing line/net issues, which is making lineman happy
