Need suggestions for Headphones

Well currently im using 400-500rs headphone of A4 tech. They are the ones which go from behind your head.. They are really uncomfortable and hurt my ears plus the mic is not so good.

Now i want to buy a USB Headphone which is comfortable and has a good mic and good sound.. I will also use this headphone with my PS3 and on my PC i have Windows 7. Im ready to splash some money as long as i get a product which will last me for a long time.

Im looking at Logitech Comfort USB for 4000rs right now..

u got cash u can do well! but my solution for long hours headphones is the iPOD's earphones! I always prefer earphones as they are much more comfy than headphones which are constantly pressing ur ears! I use a normal head set which i dont wear over head but stay on my neck\shoulders and i only use its mic for skype :)

yeah but the issue is that the earphones slip out alot from my ears.. Like when they are new then they stick but as they grow older they keep slipping off..

Plus i would be gaming on my PS3 too so i would prefer USB headphones

use A4Tech HD 200 7.1 surround sound Headphone.

i personally find it very gud!

A4Tech's HD 200, simply best and cheap usb headphone

U can say Affordable, it's not that cheap! :P

Hey mate i'd suggest you Razer's Carcharias Gaming Headset. It cost 6400/-

Well i'm sure you know about this brand but still do checkout the reviews @bittech etc, bet you'll love it.

Goodluck.

I could recommend Hu-510 instead of Hd-200, it built quality is way better than hd-200

If you want surround experience, then definitely try HU-510. They have multiple speakers unlike HD-200 which uses virtual surround.

But if you want normal 3.5mm audio jack ones, I am currently using HS-200 and they are fine.

are you sure that any USB headphone works with the PS3?

I was looking to buy these http://www.vmart.pk/main/logitech-surround-sound-headset-p-1334.html?osCsid=b36aa7b9f0e939bd4042cb8e2081a4dc some time back but I decided not to because from my googling it seems neither the PS3 nor the Xbox 360 have the capability to output sound using thier USB ports…

so my advice if you are looking to use them with your PS3 get headphones with the standard 3.5mm jack and connect them to your PS3 via the component audio cables…

well i dont think you have used iPOD's earphones....they grip in real tight that u cant hear a guy just shouting infront of u :)

I purchased a4tech Hu-510 headphones but now they are not behaving good on windows 7.

At random orders after restarting of PC the device is not recognized by the system. If I restart than sometimes it picks up but sometimes it doesn't. But when I shut down the system and start it again than the device works properly.

I contacted a4tech for drivers but they haven't responded yet. Any help?

I got driver from this page:

Till now its working good. Lets see how it works in future.

g for u

The HU-510 is a great option for surround sound, with their multiple speakers. The HD200 uses virtual surround. The HS-200 is great for a 3.5 mm audio jack purposes.

ipod earphones are pretty poor even for music, let alone PS3

@thread creator

I have the logitech G35 but they dont work with the PS3. Your best option is to get a 3.5mm headphone like the carcharias or the steel series siberias

btw if u have long hours of listening music or something then my very own experience is that ! dont buy headphones...it will ache ur ears to death! ipod-type ear phones are better! and are easy available with good quality! 300Rs appx

guys i also wana buy some heavy headphones.. i saw these are available at galaxy..

these are 5.1 surround headphones with a subwoofer and 4 speakers in each headphone.....

i think i am in love in them after reading their specs.. a subwoofer in headphones.. that ll blow my mind...

kindly suggest...
