Need Help With Worldcall

AoA everyone, i can't seem to get my WC internet connection / tv service sorted out. i've registered a bunch of complaints but they seem to magically get removed from the system in a few days. my cable modem refuses to sync usually after 6-7pm everyday and the tv reception isn't great either. Does anyone have a contact in WC support department that could help me out?

Thank you

@archim3des:

Have you personally visited and lodged a complaint at

their customer service center near Dou Talvaar ?.

Sheikh 'Been There, Done That' Chilli

yep i did that today. the cs staff were essentially asleep at wheel, with no manager in sight i just requested another complaint to be launched, and got my modem checked by the 3rd floor people.

somethings wrong with their uan number keep getting alot of noise from their end. can barely understand what they are saying..

got it fixed today, hopefully it'll stay solid. i heard omantel is selling off worldcall, apparently dunya news is one of the top bidders

WC is having last breaths its dead company since their sole owners Omantel want to see it out but no body ready to buy it ... so dont expect something good from it since no administration ...

yep lets see who ends up with the company, check this out :

“As per our view, the investment in WTL has been a dragger for the group results since 2008, the full impairment of this would mean the balance sheet of Omantel would become clean now."

The latest news is that Worldcall has been sold to Dunya group for an undisclosed sum.

undisclosed being the operative word. omantel payed $190+ million for it

I Tried calling them yesterday to make a complaint about their channels, but no response, and no 'Thank you for Calling World Call' message either. Just some music. Wonder what's going on.
