RETIRED RAISE THE COURT ORDER TO REMOVE SECTION OF LABOUR COURTSACT
The National Association of pensioners, former of the IESS and the Associationof retired teachers from the Central University, presented this morning ademand to the Constitutional Court so do not dispose of the contribution of 40percent of the State pension Jubilee.
With posters in hand, went to the entity representatives of the guilds of retireesto file the complaint of unconstitutionality against article of the law of labourjustice, which removes the contribution of 40 percent of the State pension Jubilee.

Santiago Guarderas, Dean of the Faculty of law of the Catholic University ofEcuador and Advisor to senior citizens in this process, explained the reasons forthe present claim. "What we want is to tell them that we have asked for thesuspension, as precautionary measures, the application of this provision, and I hope that as they have done when it comes to the demands of the Executive,also suspended immediately to not cause irreparable and irreversible damagethat are causing all retirees and Social Security".
Ramiro Montenegro, President of the National Association of pensioners of theIESS, said they expect a response on the part of the Constitutional Court."Retirees are vigilant to change the situation, one of the ways that we use is thatit will continue delivering that 40 per cent, since that is a category consistingannually in the State budget in accordance with the Constitution".
Now the Court must admit to process this request and determine whether it ispossible or not, suspend the validity of the article in question.
RETIREES IN GUAYAQUIL THEY SETTLE PLATE AGAINST LABOUR COURTS ACT
This morning a group of retirees reached the Netherlands Office of the NationalAssembly in Guayaquil, where placed a Board rejecting the law of labour courtsand noting the names of the Guayas assemblymen who passed that law.
Retiree Jose Hoyos insisted on its position against the rules: "he who say that weare four 'pela cats' is very wrong, are 480,000 retirees, over our children, ourgrandchildren, our family and all organizations that surround us, have ussupport".

Retirees hit the plate on one of the pillars of the building where the Guayas inthe National Assembly based. The sign has the names of the Assembly membersof Alliance country province and also the President of the Commission of therights of workers. They say it is a reminder of who is responsible for the text: "of this catastrophe which means the Elimination of 40%", said Luis Chancay, representative of the Popular Front.
One of the legislators that consists in the list is Bayron Valley, also member ofthe Committee of the rights of workers. He explains that legal reform has beenmisinterpreted and although others say otherwise does not believe that the IESSwill have problems in the future: "We worry as Commission, as members of theCommission and part of the political project, the 100 Assembly members thatthe article was written in a responsible manner, inclusive thinking even in thefuture so that no one then tell us 'I'm not responsible and I don't have to make acontribution'".
