#4

is it free if one has unlimited GRPS connection on indigo?

#5

is the 6pkr/mb rate for mobile tv only or its for surfing also?

thanks god these jerks have atleast come down below the 15rs/mb stupidity. there's no way on earth i am every gonna pay for viewing the small screen telecasts, though.

#6

i am not sure whether these rate apply on browsing or not.

#7

Rs6/MB is still quite expensive. The bills will rack up quickly if you use it regularly.

Common sense would say yes, but who has common sense, so best to confirm it from their help center! And let us know!

Tried it...response was "media file not found" when I clicked on Aaj TV link.

Another crappy service as usual by Mobilink

:D Exactly. I am surprised that they didn’t “test” this new feature for 2 years or so before launching ;)

#12

I could access wap.mobilinkworld.com a long time ago (from my current dialup.... talk about IP exclusivity.... from PTCL :P ) and I saw that all the links start with the IP of 117 (which is a private subnet) and they use the RTSP protocol.

Anyone know how many channels they're giving? And the monthly cost?

#13

Whoops..wrong address. It's .net

#14

any idea about bitrates of video stream so that we can estimate the usage cost

#15

whats the use of this service when they dont have EDGE....:/

it will have bad video quality

#16

^ Not necessarily. It all depends on what format they are encoding the video to and the relevant bit rate, frames and resolutions.

#17

well i hav never seen a worse quality than the mobilink tv

u cant even see anything
