McDonald's meat scandal

A company that had been banned in China over selling chicken and beef beyond their expiry had also exported meat to McDonald’s Pakistan last month.

This gives rise to a question whether or not Pakistanis had been consuming burgers, drum sticks and other such products that contained this meat? Was the meat even Halal or not?
China had shut down Shanghai Husi Food Company over charges of selling chicken and beef beyond the date of expiry by declaring it fresh under new dates of expiry.

What must be shocking for the Pakistani consumers is the fact that the same company had been exporting its meat to McDonalds.

The meat was distributed to McDonalds by Gam Corporation Private Limited and Siza Foods Private Limited.

These meat products include McNuggets and McCrispy Burger Patty in Pakistan from Husi Foods Company Ltd China.

A video footage captured in China shows the staffers of the company in question woefully violating the international health standards.

So how many of you have been eating expired haram meat ?

To be honest, this doesnot surprise me. People will eat anything that these companies sell regardless of its expiry date, And this should be of much less of a concern with every international franchise claiming "Halal" mean while their manufacturing facilities are clearly automated start to end, not saying its totally haram but I wouldnt go for it if I have the slightest bit of doubt.

Why you shouldnt eat fast food, You just cannot digest it properly.. It is processed to make it look fresh and everything which is a commercial product and more palatable for the customers but what you dont know is they are doing you no good.

Lakson Group has investments in McDonalds Pakistan. They also control Express News Group. Jew TV and Jang Group are openly against them these days. Hence the hypocrites are disclosing reality of McDonalds in garb of public service. But hey, they wont dare speak against K&N or Menu etc which sell FAKE chicken meat products. Soya (soy) hai sab. Wise ones shall understand me.

And Express is no saint either. Despite the obvious crime Mcdonalds committed, they posted a news story on Express Tribune (yes story, because stories are not true) - and forgot to mention that they were doing it for their owners.

a Chinese TV report last month showed workers at one of McDonald's meat suppliers in Shanghai using expired meat. The supplier, Shanghai Husi Food Co., is a division of OSI, a company based in Aurora, Illinois that has been a longtime supplier to McDonald's around the globe. It counts numerous other fast-food chains as its clients.

Even KFC and Pizza Hut were involved.

Yum Brands, which owns KFC and Pizza Hut, says it did not rely as heavily OSI and quickly cut ties with the company, but it has nevertheless seen its sales battered as well.
