Is your Standard Chartered Bank account charging any fee?

#1

From this year I am watching that in my account statement it is showing some fees like this:

TRANSACTION FEE - CURRENT ACCOUNT

Last month, it charged Rs.50 and now again 2 days ago it is showing in my account rs.50.

Is this ok? or only they are charging me only?

Please reply, if any one is using Standard Chartered Bank.

Regards,

junaid

Call / Visit your bank , confirm the limits and ask them what these transactions are for.

That’s is what I would have done before posting here. :expressionless:

Standard Chartered is as disgusting as any bank could get. U will be clue less and charged for so many things. Its a long story but I must tell all that I had to threaten them to go to media to remove an undue fee over my credit card. So the simple solution is that just get rid of the bank as soon as you can.

I have been operating TWO accounts with SCB,

1- The Normal Current Account (Charge Rs.50/- if balance is less than Rs. 10,000/- on the last date of the month)

2- The Sadiq Current Account (Charge nothing, whatever balance u have)

hope this info will help you
