Is Dalda oil healthy?

1. What is it made from? 2. Does it contain trans fats? 3. What oil/ghee is best for cooking healthwise?

Dalda is sunflower oil, sometimes palm oil.

The "best" oil is going to be something of a dispute since research in this area tends to make U-turns. Dairy fats were considered the mother of all evils at a time, now they are back in favor again. Olive oil is sometimes considered the 'best' oil for health reasons, though its damn expensive, and not suitable for frying because of low smoke point. Corn Oil is sometimes considered the second best, followed (or matched) by Canola (cotton-seed), and so on ... it cab be arbitrary though.

According to recent research all vegetables oils(processed oils) are high in omega 6 which causes severe damage if found excess in body. Olive oil is the best if found cold pressed (Extra virgin oil) other names pomace, virgin, light virgin are not suitable due to highly processed.

It is advised to use very low quantity of oil because all types have critical health risks. Desi ghee may be second option if u can get original because nowadays pure milk is not available as life saving medicines.

I you google for suitable oil, will be frustrated because most of the products in sophisticated packing(Enriched with Vitamin A-Z) are full of harmful contents.

Almond milk, cat milk, goat milk, cow milk, Cactus milk, dragon milk..:)

you can get pure milk from anything now days..

dont know what form dalda "OIL" is made from in reality but theoretically the dalda sunflower made from sunflower and dalda GHEE is made from potatoes + some other veges ,

It all depends that who is the consumer ? if it is ALLAH na Karay , HEART patient then it is not good for him , olive oil is best fro heart patients .
