I've been planning to get a Quad Core processor, but couldn't find any besides the Q6600 for 17,000Rs.

I was wondering if anyone knows if the Quad Core mentioned above is available here, or any other Intet Quad Core besides the Q6600?

266 USD is 17K PKR, so I'd rather get the q6700 than the older/slower q6600.

i think the prices of computer hardware are going to get higher here in pk coz dollar and petrol is going up

yes u r right prices will go higher.

but dollar is not going up, Rupee is going down.

Petrol prices are going up coz dollar is going down.

KO, Q6600 will be 'outdated' in a few months when other faster processors, costing less than Q6600's current price will be released.

i like the E8300 pricing, such a great processor at such a nice price.

But i am cool with my E6750 with my system i got a few months back.

now, I will upgrade my PC only when 8-core CPUs will be available :)
