Hello WP members.....

can anybody help how to remove these stains without damaging original color of sofa, which is yellow.

is there any chemical available for this purpose ?

help please... thanks

first try some body spray...[the one in pressurized can]

it ll work... as it a good organic solvent..

otherwise use gasoline[petrol]..

Use petrol it'll be fine. I've used it to remove stain.

simply use nail polish remover

but try it first on some corner, to check that it doesnt damage the leather

it doesn’t work, the stains are of blue marker, nail polish remover cant remove it, already tried

if Petrol doesnt work (dont drench the spot with petrol just dab some cotton into petrol and carefully try wiping the stain)

you could try carborator spray, Carefully.

Nail polish remover sometimes remove the stains but it burns the surface.

If the sofa is expensive, why not call one of the professional

cleaning companies (dry clean it) ?. If not them, then you can

try and visit one of the posh shops in Lahore (where they sell

imported stuff) and I bet you could find some kinda cleaner. I

bought a sofa cleaning can which has tiny soft-rubber projec-

tions on it's head. You wipe those on the stain and then vacuum

off the residue.

PS: I won't recommend Snow White. We called them and

all they had was ordinary surf, a brush and a vacuum.

^ yes sofa is expensive, and yesterday i called a professional cleaning company, who daily advertises in news papers at lahore, they came with some chemicals and washing materials they put some chemical on the sofa then they washed it like clothes and vacuumed it the washed it for 4 hours, But failed in removing the stains completely, some stains are faint now but they also broken a hook of the sofa,... then the guy asked to let him try another chemical but we said him to just leave the house.

Still there are stains not a single stain is removed completely some of them, however, are very faint.

Today i shall visit the show room from where we bought the sofa, see if they got something....
