I am so stressed about my studies what should I do? I am very tensed about my upcoming exams.
You should relax. Stress is not good for mental and body health. I know when exams are coming students getting depressed. But it is not the solution. When exams are soon we should focus on study, wake up early, eat a healthy diet, not worry, also take breaks while studying, and not thinking too much because it can cause stress.
