How to beware of producing gases in bowels

Dear Friends,

I am sorry that may be this is not the place for this question but may someone help me out as I am much worried.

I have a problem in my bowels that they produce much Gas and releasing of this gas really disturb me. Every time I feel HEAVINESS in my stomach and bowels. Now during these Ramzan days, from 8am to 3 or 4pm until stool remains in my bowel, gases produce and releases again and again but after emptying of bowels, I feel a little bit ok.

I got treatment from Gastro specialist, Homeopathic and Dasi Hakeem but no one could overcome on my problem. I could not understand the real cause of producing gases. I much take care of my diet and always prefer Natural Food instead of Processes foods.

Can anyone help me out by explaining me a Dasi useful Totka or any other tip?

If you do not need to remember things than start taking benzodiazepines pills, i guess!

No need to take any drug

Regular exercise is the best solution. A person becomes de-conditioned with inactivity and all the body systems are affected by this especially the GI system resulting in constipation or loose stools alternatively with a lot of flatus in the intestines.

Therefore, I suggest you to make a habit of regular exercise of 20-30 minutes.

Discussion quite techy indeed (saracasm intended).

I remember when someones 'bad breath' problem thread got blocked once. How does this stands a chance?

If you seek medical advice go to noor clinic forums e.t.c (How ever its a shame only idiots give advice there, 80 percent of them are perverts)

Gastro is a common issue here and I would blame load shedding for it..

The long hours of power outage causes the food to go sour/bad/spoilt..

Its best to go to stores that have good generators or are open longer than regular stores

Humidity is also a major factor as well

A white syrup with the name of Mucain is good for gastric troubles.

"Ajwaiyn" can also be taken. Take equal weights of dry ginger, black pepper, roasted cumin seeds, dry mint leaves, coriander, asa asafetida, garlic and rock salt. Make a fine powder by grinding all these together. Taking one or half tea spoon of this powder with warm water gives relief from stomach ache. This can be taken two or three times a day after meals. If some of the ingredients are not found, you can make the powder with what ever items being available. Common salt can be used if rock salt is unavailable.

You should eat Amrood and Banana. Both these fruits neutralize the over acidity of the gastric juices and reduces the irritation of the ulcer by coating the lining of the stomach.

Drink plenty of liquids.

Eat slowly, chew your food thoroughly and don't over eat.

Take a walk after meals. Mild exercise improves digestion and helps move gas through the system faster.

control your diet and exercize regularly, if u really want to get rid of this malaise.
