I have been using Sabro from four years now. Its working okay till now. I have to get it serviced every year though , and once its outer unit had some problems which cost me around 3000/- rupees.

only problem which i noticed is that when ever there is any fluctuation in electricity, the cooling stops for some time like a/c restarts, thats y i have to use a good stabilizer with it.

what kind of stabilizer are you using sfarrukh,

and whats its capacity, 3200 watts?

how much did the ac cost you originally

im using sabro plasmagen 1.5 tonn split ac

it had been 2 years its workin without any pro, not using any stablizer, its just connected thru a circuit breaker

but compared to sanyo 1.5tonn and acson 1.5 tonn, its cooling isnt that very nice

I am not sure what kind of stabilizer it is coz it is very old and it is hand made.

I 've been using 1.5 ton Sabro Plasma plus, the one with triangular lcd in the centre, and its working very well since last 2 years. Cooling is also good.

thanks you guys for the helpful suggestions, i have bought a sabro ac
