Health Clubs in KArachi

I'm getting married in 6 months and want ot loose weight... my mom says my stomach looks like that of a 3 month old pregnant lady and my fiancee also wants me to loose weight (according to her with my beard i look like a married guy with 2 kids)

any suggestions a to which gym i should join and please quote prices as well...

I live in DHA Phase VI o gyms near the Clifton and DHA areas are preferred

See a dietitian and fix your diet - that's one of the wisest things you can do. Then, start by brisk walking 10-15mins daily and increase it slowly to 20-30mins in 4-5 weeks. Now it depends on your current health level and even your dietitian might give you some free tips ;) . When you reach that point, you may or may not add some weight lifting by consulting a gym trainer.

You can expect to lose 8-15kg in 6months, again depending on your current fitness level and weight.

That may not be the answer to your question, but I just wanted to point that out.
