FUP on 8mb DSL

Asalamualaikum all, does anyone have the email address of a PTCL employee & manager who we can forward our suggestions or complaints to? i was planning on sending them a email about the 100GB limit on the 8mb package. thanks

i ended up emailing complaint.suggestion@ptcl.net.pk and i got a response, simply stating that they would "look into the policy", everyone who thinks the 100GB limit is idiotic, please email them and let them know.

What can you expect from a guy sitting at customer services department for whole day making "dehari".

These things never help until the consumers go for Dharna " which we dont " :P.

yeah! But suggestion work only where they want to. I dont think they intend to. There is only one way of expression. BY THE WALLET. Stop using such promotions and they would be forced to think about strategy.
