Fan slows down when on ups

Hi guyz.

The fan slows down when it runs on ups.i've seen this problem with all ups, desi, homage, mercury.

How to solve this problem?

Your wapda voltage must be 240+

Normally UPS current damages your fan Regulator and Capacitor and your fan start making noise, no regulator control etc.

This is because UPS provides modified sine wave current and fans are not basically designed for this type of current. And the other reason is, HOMAGE and Mercury has default voltage of 190 volts. When you put some load on inverter, voltage starts increasing and at 50 % load, voltage becomes 220 V which is a standard. In case of desi UPS where there is no AVR system, the initial voltage could be 300 volts and this high voltage is unacceptable for most capacitors. They heat up and slows down the fan and eventually dies.

A stablizer can fix this?
