CPU-Z - Find CPU, RAM and main I/O devices information [BEST]

cpuzico.pngCPU-Z is a freeware utility that gathers information on some of the main devices of your system. CPU-Z does not need to be installed, just unzip the files in a directory and run the .exe. In order to remove the program, just delete the files and that's it. The program does not copy any file in any Windows directory, nor write in the registry.

* Name and number.

* Core stepping and process.

* Package.

* Core voltage.

* Internal and external clocks, clock multiplier.

* Supported instructions sets.

* Cache information.

Mainboard

* Vendor, model and revision.

* BIOS model and date.

* Chipset (northbridge and southbridge) and sensor.

* Graphic interface.

Memory

* Frequency and timings.

* Module(s) specification using SPD (Serial Presence Detect) : vendor, serial number, timings table.

System

* Windows and DirectX version.

You’ve got the same problem too. Nobody asked you to ask too!

Please refrain from posting C&P articles/information which no one has any interest in just to increase your post count. Next attempt at such frivolous behavior will get your post count reset to zero and a possible ban again.

You should participate in existing discussions providing your perspective instead of copying information and posting it in new threads.

The other good thing about CPU-Z which i found was the software development kit they were offering. This may be more useful than the software itself.
