Dsl users of Gulzar e hijri exchange is experiencing low bandwidth which includes approx 15KB downloading, worst streaming on youtube and slow browsing.
On complaining to 1218 about the broadband slow browsing, users get a call "aap ka number theek ker diya gaya hay, agar yah sahi hay tow 1 dabai warna 2 dabai".
i am asking from the authorities that is this the customer service where user is keep on complaning but no response from exchange.
is this wot we are paying 1200 for 1 MB connection ??
