i have this problem whenver i call a uan number such as 111244622 or any other UAN number i get the message "the minimum cost for this call will excede ur available credit" even though i have 178.23 Rs balance

i have tried with both my telenor and jazz mobile numbers on both i get the same error even though i have plenty of balance

does any1 know what the problem

#2

put the city code you are in before the UAN, i guess that should work

lol - 111 in most cases is used for international dialing by some operators. beware you not do it again.

International calls don't cost that much that 178 won't cover it, actually.

I think whenever the city code is not specified, the operators give that error message. I once entered a local landline number without the city code and it gave me the same error.
