hi alamode checkout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I79-BnwbE_g&feature=related dont watch it if you are eating :) hope it will help somehow + 1 off topic thing is using word "bought" is considered offensive by many cat / pet lovers i once said to my client "congrats you bought a new dog " and that sentence really hurted her alot :) i think many use "adopt" instead of "bought "

now this is something i am gonna write in caps

sah: Deleted. Please don't post in caps.

i know a person who got infected through cat, it just do some messed up things to human, he got retinal infection in his right eye and mental disorder. before that he was normal healthy person. i am telling you again you need to have your kittens tested, protect yourself and your family first.

edit: hmmm... thanks for the reason and giving me a green light!

Also, Since i have a pair.. im assuming they will start mating soon enough.. i dont want them to mate and have more kids.. i dont have the time to deal with that. So what should i do? Should i exchange my male or female for another male or female so that the pair both are of the same sex?

Just get the cats 'fixed' but do ask the vet about how old they should be before he snips, snips...

Seriously guys, Back on the topic.

Can someone guide me to Dr. Isma Gheewala's office in defence? where exactly is it? I think i should pay her a visit and ask her all the questions i have.

take them to Dr. Isma Gheewala or Dr. Abrar Peerzada for a checkup. ( go here -- http://pawspakistan.org/2009/01/veterinary-doctors-in-pakistan/ and check the location ) -- they will guide you on their care. If you don't want them to have kittens, then you can neuter the male or spay the female. You will have to wait till they are about 6 months old. But do take them to the vet -- they will also need shots for feline leukemia and stuff like that. The vets will give you a card where they will record all the vaccines and boosters. Have fun -- pets are such a joy :)

Thanks ! Can you tell me the exact location of Dr Isma Gheewala? I know her address but im not that familiar with defence areas.

ah! therein lies a problem. My sense of direction is pretty bad, and I too am not familiar with Defence area. I have only taken my dog once or twice to her, mostly go to Dr. Peerzada. However, everyone swears by her, so maybe you should take them there. Perhaps someone else on this forum can guide you? or why dont you call up the clinic and ask for directions-- 5851296. I know its just next to KFC on 26th street in badar commercial area.

Go straight from abdullah shah ghazi road. Cross one signal, second signal and just before third signal you will see a bankislami branch. Take a right and there is a pet clinic :)
