Best books for learing java

my computer skills are below the average and I'm open to learn new things and I can teach myself plus i have so much spare time

i know to be an android developer you least should be at intermediate level of JAVA so i went on amazon and found some books with good reviews but before ordering any of those i need your suggestions please if any particular book you could recommend ?

Why not go to a website rather than learning from a book? Websites are interactive and they have you practicing step by step. Codecademy is one of the best. They taught me Java when I already knew Visual Basic.
