If i opt for Mitsubishi's Mr. Slim 1.5 ton as most of the people rate for this piece, then I have a question to you:

I place it in my room, then is there any method to cool the other room adjacent to my room. My father uses the adjacent room and he need's cooling some times not always due to some medical reason. So, how can we use this 1.5 ton for both rooms, + also the method through which we could control the cooling from spreading to the adjacent room when required.

Someone was telling me to use exhaust fan. But if a multi invertor can be used, as this page showing:

http://www.in.lge.com/Product/Products-List.aspx?id=246&cat=Inverter&subcat=Multi%20Inverter

Then may be their could also be some solution to my problem also.

Mitsubishi's Mr. Slim is best among all.

^ I know its best, but if you could also look deep in my post. This will be more helpful.

the LG ART COOL is pretty damn 'cool'. no pun intended :P

I recommend either General or Mitsubishi. We have General split AC in one of our rooms. Although it is a little expensive but its cooling is good.

You will probably need an exhaust fan with Fins, the Air flow with turn on the Fins and when the Fan is not in use the Fins will stop the Air from moving to next room. Attach the Fan switch with a Regulator, this way amount of Air moved will be controlled.

Good idea

But u shall keep the fins and their control on ur side of the room. Obviously to avoid the curious peek and sneek.

Hahaha
