192.168.1.1 modem page too slow

192.168.1.1 is taking too long to open. I tried it in linux same there.

try clearing history and cache...and reset your modem first...

mention your modem model and firmware...

Aztech 605EU. Firmware 113.106m.1. Also tried to telnet but you can't type anything in username or password :(

Look here,

http://www.wiredpakistan.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=6219

Follow these steps:

1. remove phone wire from modem

2. restart router

3. now open modem configuration page, and enable firewall by checking firewall option in your WAN connection

4. save/apply settings

5. restart router and Plug in phone wire

If firewall is already enabled:

use the https technique....

and update your firmware

Updated firmware is available for your modem online, on aztech malaysia support site, i guess

it only happens when there is too much load on ethernet. Also https doesn't work for me.

My modem wasn't responding and this was the ping.
